I already have broadband can I move to City Communications for free?
Yes! We offer free migration on City ADSL, City FTTC and City FTTP packages
Do I get any guarantee on speeds?
Before you sign up we will give you a minimum guarateed speed as well as a maxium expected speed.
How will I be billed?
You will recieve an invoice from us every month and we will ask that you setup a direct debit or bank transfer, if you prefer.
What happens if I have a fault with my connection?
We use Openreach to deal with any issue in our network. All you need to do is contact our helpdesk based in Nottingham either by phone, email or direct message.
What is Superfast Broadband?
Superfast Broadband with no Line Rental, supplied on the Openreach network using SoGEA technology. We offer 2 choices of our Superfast product, 80/20 and 40/10. Both packages come with a static IP address and a choice of care packages. There are many reasons why your actual speed varies, but the core reason is the cables that run from the local exchange to your premises. Speak to one of our advisors about the best package for you, as we find that many businesses are on expensive long term deals that can’t even achieve the speeds they have signed up for.
What is Ultrafast Broadband?
Ultrafast Broadband supplied on the Openreach network using FTTP – Fibre to the Premises technology. We offer a wide range of speeds for our Ultrafast product. Ultrafast Business Broadband does not require a phone line and an Openreach engineer will carry out the installation of an ONT that you can simply plug your router into. All Ultrafast packages come with a static IP address and a choice of care packages. With any order of Ultrafast Broadband from City Communications you will receive an estimated speed of your connection and a minimum guarantee.
