How to manage a users Voicemail on City Cloud Phone
The easiest way to set up and configure your voicemail settings is by dialling 1571 and follow the prompts. Here’s an overview:
Set up your users voicemail from the City Cloud Phone portal

- Pick the user you would like to configure Voicemail
- Select Voicemail
