We are launching our new care level packages to give you the assurance that if you do experience issues with your phone line our
fault team will be working to fix the issue in no time at all.
Our Standard Care Level ensures that you will have to wait a maximum of 24 hours for a response to your phone or broadband fault.
Our highest care level with mean a response is issued within just 6 hours.
Please note these are not the actual repair times as this will always depend on the nature of the fault. These times indicate how soon
an engineer will attend the fault.
Service Care Levels
We offer the following Service Care Levels on Broadband connections:
Basic Care – Included on our City Superfast SoGEA services, this option guarantees support within 72 hours.
Standard Care – Available with our City Superfast FTTC Services, this option ensures support within 48 hours.
Enhanced Care – This option offers support within 24 hours.
Prompt Care – For the quickest response, choose this option available and enjoy support within 7 hours.
