Unfortunately, we must announce a number of Yealink devices will reach End of Sale / End of Life and will no longer be supported on the City Cloud Phone platform from 20th October. This decision has been made to strengthen platform security and protect customers from potential vulnerabilities.

Need a New Yealink Phone?
Devices No Longer Supported
The following devices will be removed from the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) journey and will no longer receive updates or support after 20th October:
- Yealink W52P
- Yealink T40G
- Yealink CP860 Conference Unit
Customers currently using these devices are advised to transition to supported alternatives before the deadline to avoid disruption.
Devices Removed from BYOD (but Existing Base Still Supported)
In addition, several Yealink devices will no longer be accepted as BYOD from 20th October due to security concerns. While new activations will not be possible, existing devices already on the platform will remain fully supported and will continue to receive updated security certificates.
