City Cloud Phone – Lite
City Cloud Phone Lite is an entry level hosted phone system, suitable for Home, small business and new start ups that need a reliable VoIP phone system. The City Cloud Phone Lite package comes with Unlimited UK calls included and we can transfer your existing number in or request a new phone number from any area code. Each License comes with 2 devices as standard, but we can also provide additional devices for your license.
You can order as many licenses as you need to connect users working from any location. Home or Office users are connected as long as they have an internet connection.
Our drag and drop portal is simple to use and allows you to connect your business phone system users without the cost of a PBX and maintenance contract. Our support team is always available to assist with any issues or help you require.
You can select any of our Handsets and when you order they will come pre programmed with your account information. All you need to do is plug them into the internet. Our support team can be contacted by phone, online or email should you have any issues or need help setting up your hardware.
Our City Cloud Phone packages include unlimited calls to UK Local, National and Mobile (01,02,07) destinations. Should you need to call International or Premium numbers please get in touch or use the Top Up options through your City Cloud Portal. A full breakdown of International and Premium call charges is available through our Support Team.
We also offer direct debit as an option to pay for City Cloud Phone. If you would prefer to pay by this method please get in touch and our accounts team will set this up for you.
