Who are City Communications?

What you would do in the role?
- Assisting the Operations Director with the day to day operation of the business.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain relationship with suppliers and clients.
- Use and maintain the businesses software systems
- Assist in processing and managing client instructions from start to finish
- Managing email inbox’s
- Inbound customer and supplier calls
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Assisting with product support
- Assisting in running operations in the various departments within the business
- Supplier reconciliation support
- Report issues or problems with suppliers to Operations Manager.

- Display strong team working and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business.
- Be both comfortable working as part of a team and be a self-driven individual that’s able to manage their own time.
- Take ownership of your workload and of our clients and suppliers’ problems.
- Supporting and supervising team members from around the business.
- Offer thoughtful, new and innovative solutions to everyday business problems.
- Be proactive and constantly using your initiative around the management of our clients and suppliers.
What can we provide you?
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £22,500.00 per year along with a range of benefits including casual dress, employee discount and on-site parking. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with the possibility of supplemental pay through performance bonuses.

Education:
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Customer support: 1 year (required)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
